Sick and tired of customer service

I am sick and tired of calling O2 customer services. I’ve been with them for a couple of years now and thought it was time to upgrade. This was done online and it was very straightforward and hassle free and the phone was dispatched within 24hrs. Due to the incompetence of DPD (I’ll save that rant for their review page) the phone wasn’t delivered and I was told it was being returned to O2. We’re now 10 days into the saga and everything has ground to a halt. DPD says it’s been returned and O2 say it’s being processed. All I want is for them to send it again. I don’t think it’s an overly complicated thing to achieve but somehow it’s proving impossible. I’ve made daily calls to customer service totalling well over 4hrs worth of my time now and I’ve achieved absolutely nothing. I’m yet to speak to someone who understands what I’m asking and I’m still waiting to speak to someone who knows what they’re doing. All they keep saying is they will raise a ticket with the back office. What the hell does that even mean. I’m losing the will to live with these idiots and I’m now finding it hard to remain polite when I get through to them. I don’t want to enter codes or raise tickets or wait any longer to be processed. I JUST WANT MY PHONE!!!

You need to persevere with contacting O2. Unfortunately, as this is a customer to customer community, we cannot access your account or provide other direct help.

I am also sick and tired of the customer service. They keep hanging up on me when I am 40 minutes into a tech problem call.
