Horrendous service. I upgraded my phone online and went to collect and to purchase 2 additional contracts however even though I had photo evidence of my driving license, passport, bank statement, email confirmation and knew my secret security code, they would not progress with my phone upgrade because they wanted my physical passport which is a 2 hour round trip to retrieve.

I will be cancelling mine and my partners contracts and to be even more petty I will cancel my virgin internet.
