Samsung S20 Series Dispatch email?

Just been reading on the Samsung & EE forums and it seems some people have been receiving emails stating their devices are arriving today/tomorrow.

Anyone had their email from O2 yet or are we all delayed?

@JetsJones check your order on you account, click in the MS- order and scroll to the bottom and hopefully you will get tracking information.

I can now see my tracking information in that section that wasn't there earlier

So just come off the phone again, and apparently they are still waiting fulfilment. Basically o2 haven't got the device yet. Apparently they are expecting this today or tomorrow.

@TMartin thanks! Just checked and mine still says in progress on that section however I ordered mine on the 18th Feb so I'm guessing it could take a day or two longer.

Guys, I have DPD number 15 digits and no Info about my parcel! BUT it is wrong! DPD Tracking number must be 14 numbers. I check it with my prev order. I cut of 1 digits and voila ...

We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly O2.

Spoke to o2 on live chat...out of stock

Spoke to o2 order team I'm still on for delivery tomorrow.

No tracking information or emails yet.

Not sure if u should be hopeful or full of despair 😂

Buzzing I've just checked and I've now got a DPD tracking number showing! Hope for anyone who ordered later than the first few days as I ordered a good week after. 😎

Think I'll check again at 1900 if nothing will call o2 again, I'm annoyed as i was told if went for the grey I'd definitely get it on 10th I was hoping for the black but went grey to get it sooner
