I have however, been unable to get online or send MMS messages. I called O2 and went into my local shop but both said that O2 'do not support' the Samsung Omnia. They suggested I called Samsung which I did.
Samsung sent me two messages which were passcode protected. They said that once I put in the pass code it would update my settings automatically and I'd be off. I did as they said (about 4 days ago) and still no luck. They said if it didn't work to ring them back and they'd go through manual settings with me. Unfortunately I've not had time as I only seem to get a minute to myself whilst Samsung are closed!
Does anyone have a guide to inputting the manual settings or know where one is available?
Thanks in advance.
PS I realise there is already a thread on the Omnia but it appears more concerned with people actually getting their hands on one. I thought it might be handy to have an easy to use, easily accessible resource to help people get online.

'This connection is pre-configured. It cannot be modified.'
Does this mean that Orange have somehow locked the phone settings?

ORANGE?? That could be the cause of your problems.
Hmm. I've just tried to edit my WAP settings but this message comes up:
'This connection is pre-configured. It cannot be modified.'
Does this mean that Orange have somehow locked the phone settings?
