JUST GOT A NEW PHONE AND WHEN I TRY AND GO ON THE INTERNET WITH MY CONTRACT SIM IT SAYS "SUBSCRIBE TO PACKET DATA FIRST" DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO SO I CAN ACCESS INTERNET AND SEND MULTIMEDIA MESSAGES, THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings when they are sent to you.

it says to "If you need to get settings again, text ACTIVE to 2020." but that doesnt work :robotsad:

The phone isn't listed on O2 which is why the system is proving a little difficult. You can enter the settings manually from the links ::

"SUBSCRIBE TO PACKET DATA FIRST" either means a Network Problem in your area or GPRS is not enabled on your account as a general rule of thumb.
Best contact O2 Customer Services who will ensure this is enabled and will send the settings out for you - might as well get it done in one call:
