You need to get rid off all romford staff.

They have no customer service skills and so rude.

Sounds like a bad experience so please tell us more. This isn't O2 you are communicating with, we're all merely customers like yourself.

Official complaints process here if you wish to give o2 the details https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking to. Maybe @MercedesS @Marjo @Martin-O2 could help

Not all O2 shops are actually run by O2 these days, @Anonymous - many are independently-run franchise operations:

That's not to say you can't complain, though: https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Customers couldn't care less - it's o2's name above the door and if they give a poor representation of o2 they need to be taken to task.

True. Complaining to the parent company without first exhausting the options available to them, such as asking to speak with the local store manager, @MI5, seems to be counter-intuitive, though.

McDonalds is a good example - make your gripe known the the in-store staff, then the supervisor or manager, ie complain from the bottom-up rather than from the top-down.

As the OP was unhappy with ALL staff, they may feel a local complaint is a lost cause, although without further info, it's difficult to comment .
