Easiest Switch Up to date

Thought I would send some praise on for the Barnsley Store... 

Went in yesterday to do a SwitchUp from then Z Fold 6 back to a Pixel 9 Pro Fold, and we must have been in store a full 20 minutes from walking in to walking out with the phone..  (The only store that had them in stock)

The longest part was the PITA that is a Samsung factory reset..

This is why you should always do a switch up in store as its all done and dusted... and by time I had got home everything had been updated. 

Only downside was the staff looked miserable as hell, and seemed like they didnt want to be there..

To be honest the one's in Barnsley and Meadowhall are the best I have been too,  for some reason they both nail customer service and are always willing to help as much as they can, but think they are ham strung by processes that make no sense... 

Think a lot of other stores could learn from them....

Just don't put that Spusu SIM anywhere near that Pixel 😗

I learnt that a while ago, for some reason Spusu / Google cant seem to fix the issue of no 5G although EE's 4G is still faster than o2's 5G 😂

It will be put into my work Moto G74 😀
