How cone everytime i report a poor signal i just get a ‘nothing wrong with network’ response. O2 used to be one of the best for coverage but it is now so terrible i am considering leaving. I don’t mean random remote areas. I am talking big towns. I live in Stockport and commute to Crewe. On the journey i used to have decent data, now i fail to maintain a call. Around crewe train station i have 4G four bars and cannot play videos of any nature. If i take the time and trouble to report that the network is ‘always like this’ then surely i am not reporting a fault but i am reporting a capacity issue with the network that requires dealing with. I guess it is only going to get worse when 3G gets turned off, not that 3G even allows to send a text these days. Come on O2, get your act together because your service is awful.

@Enlli Previously I had to ring various call centres on an almost daily basis due to account problems, so they know what I sound like.

Dad's in his mid 70s, I'm 49, big age difference which is evident in the way we speak.

It's just the Alien call centres don't understand most UK regional dlalects.

And no, I am NOT racist, I just have NO patience, BIG difference.
