How long do the Credit Referals Team typically take to respond? The automatic reply states they typically respond with an outcome in 3 working days but I emailed them nearly 3 weeks ago and still no response ... Any advice/help is appreciated!

Idea I would like o2 on pay monthly.

The I would like o2 to do on pay monthly is air time volguer as I can't always have money on card but I do have money in cash a lot of the time. So that is why I thought of the idea.
