Unfortunately we can't advise whether you have done the right thing or not, that's for you to decide. If you are happy with the network and the tariff that's all that really matters to be honest.
The good thing about the refresh contract is that you can pay off the handset at any time and leave without penalty should you have problems or see a better deal anywhere.

People all over the country are having congestion issues but hopefully as the upgrades continue that will be addressed. I'm still with them after 17 years so I'm happy at the moment especially as my area has very recently been upgraded. However, when I next upgrade it won't stop me looking at the likes of EE which gives better coverage in my normal travelling areas than O2...
