Hello All,
One of my good threads has just been deleted? I received a message threatening to "ban" me off this forum if I continue to un-intentionally cause disruption?
What is this?
a) I never aim to disrupt anyone
b) I want to show users the real avenues of complaint
c) my post was not in breach of any posting guidelines
I am getting a feeling O2 staff does not want users who have had a bad experience to know which third party companies can and will audit O2's bad practices. People think OfCom are the "go to" guys, not really...
So I get a response from the forum admin pointing me towards O2 complaints page if I disagree.
Must be having a laugh.
He did not respond to my questions (What is offensive about my post?) and just excerising authority over posts he personally does not agree with.
Fix up guys, at this rate other forums/blogs will take over the negative feedback and your forum will merely be a biased, non-understanding, o2 loving place to waste time.

Alister: I'm sorry but we don't deal with forum Complaints.
isq: i believe Leonard should not have asked me to raise a complaint using this link

Just add this experience to your lengthy list.

Ha!!!
To think my removed thread finished on a massivley positive opinion on O2. See below for the back end of my chat:
Alister: I will not be able to assist you with the type of query you've mentioned because I don't have access to the O2 Forum Threads
Alister: Someone has mis-guided you and given you this Complaint link.
Alister: Can you give me the full name of the advisor you gave you this link?

They aren't biased, maybe you were either flaming threads or using inappropriate language or mod 14 has been at it again

Seriously I have had about 4 posts removed. I agreed with all removals but not this one.
To be told to go to O2 complaints to have the decision over-turned (or atleast try) is total ludacris!

You seem determined to push it to the point where your presence will no longer be tolerated.
You can always contact the Community Manager for advice!

I think Leonard already warned him

My presence on this forum is geared towards spotting O2 failings at all levels and keeping on top of my original post.
Just had some time to catch up and have my new (very informative) thread deleted for potential offense.
I just wanted to know how it is offensive (so I can edit) or re-decide it is not offensive to restore my thread.
Too much to ask for?

Why do you want to look for failings, that maybe why your threads are deleted as you may be seen as a nuisance or a troll
