All my emails have been deleted.

Hello friends,

I use o2 mail and upon logging in today I noticed all of my emails had been deleted and my inbox was empty 😕 This was extremely annoying and frustrating.

Does anyone have any idea what happened here?

Thats a weird one. 

I would put it down to one of two things. 

Either somebody has hacked your email account ( why would they empty your account though?)
Or there is a issue at O2 server end.

If it stays the same then CS can help you. You might want to try via live chat.

Do O2 employ a recycle bin type folder?

You could easily recover your emails from there.

They use cloud don't they? 

Everything should be backed up?

i've not been able to access my o2 emails now for 2 weeks. Either with my mobile or via o2webmail. Just get a message saying the link may have moved or has been deleted. Whats going on? No help at all from o2, bad customer service.
