I'm really annoyed with O2... have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. Chose to take out a new 24 month contract with them and get an iPhone. Despite visiting a high street store and speaking at length to the online sales advisor they still allow me to purchase a iPhone 3GS on the 18th May without bothering to inform me that the 4G was coming out. Indeed they make their official announcement a mere 3 weeks later, 7 days too late for me to cancel the contract. Am absolutely gutted, stuck with an out of date phone now for the next 2 years. Proper underhand tactics that I wouldn't of expected from O2.

So there is no pre order being offered by O2, so I'm wandering what is the point of "registering"? Are we only to get a nice lil micro sim card to look at because as it stands I'm not going to get time off work in order to hit the queue at my local O2 store first thing on the 24th. It all seems to be turning out a bit messy.
