Can someone please advise why when making a payment with o2 they take it directly from our accounts but when you are entitled to a refund you have to wait 5 working days I think it is disgusting and unacceptable that we have to wait for what is ours. I am very unhappy about this

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Because that is how big business works... god forbid you ever try and get a refund from an energy company...
And also the fact that it takes 2 or 3 days for the money to actually be with o2.. @Snuggles41
