Hi all,
I have recently had a complaint ongoing and a resolution was provided advising a payment would be made within 16 working days (!)
This timeframe seems excessive - and I am more concerned O2 are not actually going to pay me the money they said they would. I am now on Day 12 with no sign of the money.
Has anyone else been through this process and if so when did your money land?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

Thank you for coming back to me.
I am not looking for account advice- more to see if anyone else has been in this position and when did the money actually land.
16 days seems an awful long time in today's society for a BACS transfer!

Most corporate account departments take 16 to 30 days to pay out, due to their internal process, and its working days, not weekdays...
Not sure why you think it would be instant... but yes it takes 14-16 working days with o2, from past experience...

Thanks - although I didn't state an instant expectation. However, where most things now seem to take 3-5 business days, and a concern with already 2 failed promises of a refund from O2 prior to this, I am already a little on edge regarding getting this refund.
