Hi, please help. I upgraded my iwatch on Christmas Day…..all was working lovely with mobile data etc. Call O2 on 30th December to cancel my only iwatch and the adviser cancelled the new watch by mistake & not we keep getting the dreaded Reference code o8 message. No lie I have call 202 about 30 times spoken to loads of advisors & to 3 Customer service managers, been put on to technical who are supposed to call within 5 days….wait the 5 days 3 times and no one has ever called me back. I even emailed the CEO of O2/Virgin, no response. I’m at such a loss what to do and so cross as it was working till O2 cancelled the wrong watch. Sorry for the long post
