Is there anyone else who has used this scheme and NOT received the promised vouchers? My daughter refered me back in June but even though we got to choose our vouchers we haven't received them!

That is a long way past the 90 days normally quoted.

After about 5 months I received an email today:

 

"Dear Customer

Thanks for getting in touch. 

Weโ€™re sorry youโ€™ve not yet received your voucher(s) for referring a friend. Weโ€™ve had a problem that weโ€™re working hard to fix. Please be assured that your vouchers will be with you in the next 28 days. 

Thanks very much for your patience.
