I have been sent 2 types of envelopes to return my old phone for recycling. Does it matter which one I use? Also do I need to enclose the trade in letter?

The label on the packaging should have your details on it so they can identify where it came from.

Use the sturdiest packaging you've been sent and make sure the device is protected for transit.
