In the last few months I've had very bad reception. At first no calls or texts were coming in. Now I can't have any phone calls without the phone dropping every 5 minutes. I can't even get to speak to O2 because of it. When I do they don't help. I saw 4 other people in the phone o2 shop today with the same problem. All they do is suggest changing the sim and reseting networks, which still does not work. Nobody seems to know anything besides 'how to pay'. Anyone else with this issue?

@Angel4 Try using WiFi calling at home: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2
O2 need to enable it on their end, so download Skype to call customer service for free: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Call 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thank you. I managed to speak to them today, using WiFi calls. They are working on my mast in my area again. So I'm assuming they've had a few complaints and are checking it again. Fingers crossed.
