Hi,
I have only just noticed that on the galaxy s6 front facing camera, before and after taking a picture that it shows random purple spots on the screen? I have factory reset my phone and it still shows the dots? Only comes down to hardware problem?
Anyone else experienced this on the S6 (32GB)?
Shall I send it back to shop, I have had this phone since April

Well guys I have got my phone back...... the problem has been fixed (even tho they did not do anything to the camera, ill tell you why)
The letter from Samsung repair centre said:
One of our engineers at our approved service centre, has tested your phone and they were unable to reproduce your reported symptom of No camera recording.
We contacted you on 29/08/15 to gain further information on the symptom(s) you were experiencing with your handset, and were still unable to reproduce your reported symptom(s)
We are therefore returning your handset back to you with no further actions or repairs undertaken.
so they did ring me on a (PRIVATE NUMBER) on the 29/08/15 but didnt hear them ring, so I accidently missed the call (they did not e-mail me nor leave a voicemail to ask me to ring them back)
I have gathered that they have installed the latest firmware on the phone (BTU) not (O2U)
The problem may have been fixed due to the O2U firmware that I had on before or weither it was just a coincidence?
Back to where they said symptom(s) of NO CAMERA RECORDING.... that was a pack of lies - I told them via email that the front facing camera shows purple spots on low lit conditions before and after taking pictures - How slack can you get!!
P.S - sorry for the massive essay - I do go round the houses

small world then lol
Anyways I have got BTU installed on my phone from the repair centre and want to change it to O2U version - I have downloaded the O2 official firmware from Sammobile for my G920F - I will need to flash it thru Odin which i know the process - Its just that will I trip KNOX on my phone even tho my phone has never been tampered with r.e rooted?

Dam it - but how did the repair centre install BTU and did not trip KNOX when they did it?? They would have used ODIN, right?
