You may have noticed the new google logo on its page.

This one..

I thought at first it was one of the many Google doodles that appear on the page, but no, this is Google going all material design on itself. 

So, what do you think about it?

Personally I think it looks a bit naff, much prefer the older one but I guess they thought it was time to change with users getting younger and younger....

I couldn't really care either way.
The doodle they did of it changing the other day looked like kids writing on a chalkboard so I would agree that they felt a target at the younger gen was required.
