Preordered Iphone 12 pro and received an email with a completely different spec. live chat conversation, confirmed they would cancel order but i received nothing to confirm (i have a full chat history saying they would) so called CS to confirm, to be told that they couldnt cancel the order as it was in progress and that i have to receive the delivery (and refuse it) before they will cancel the order. How ridiculous in the 21st centrury a company like telefonica does not have the tech to cancel an in progress order.
I also paid over £400 to them up front to pay off my existing device plan which i will also have to wait to be refunded before i can reorder. Terrible service and now i will have to wait longer for the new iphone!!
I will be going to another network as a result. Goodbye O2 cant say its been a pleasure
