Hi. My husband and I both are 02 customers and have been for quite some time. Increasingly we are using our mobiles for calls at home. The O2 signal at home for calls for both of us is poor at all times of the day, achieving 2 bars at the most with frequent drop outs, which makes it difficult when we have medical calls, increasingly important now we are of an age when we need to contact doctors and specialists. We are considering moving away from O2 for our phone usage unless this is addressed soon. Is there anywhere in your company where this problem can be raised?

The O2 solution for this is wifi calling.

If you eventually decide to leave O2, I suggest that you get a PAYG SIM for each of the other network operators. You can then ensure that you are moving onto a network that is better in the areas that you frequent, and hence are going to see an improvement in your calling experience.
