Has anyone else noticed a severe decline in coverage since being swapped from Virgin Media to O2? I called my GP this morning and it was so bad I asked them to call me back on the landline. I did the coverage check and it says coverage is good but it is not, it's awful.

The coverage maps are just a computer predication based on perfect scenarios.
There should be no difference, as you have been on o2's network for nearly a year, it might though be worth either popping into an o2 shop with photo ID and doing a sim swap or calling customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and requesting a new sim card, as some of the VM sims are causing a few issues.

It should be exactly the same as Virgin has run on the O2 network for some months now.
Must say I don't trust O2 Belgian SIM cards to play nice and I would call into an O2 store with photo ID and get it changed
