When did O2 care so little for service, loyalty and customers?

After giving up on poor,pointless service on live chat .....I tried the retentions team and off the bat defensive arguing with no details or facts about other companys 3 yr contracts and phones being expensive ....and then happy for me to just pay my balance off and leave all before even looking at my account ....no loyalty for 6yrs customers, can’t match sky who will give me
Loyalty discount and new phone better contact and cheaper and once I pay off phone will cover cost to leave 02 and they are okay with this? Anyone else had this?

Sky Mobile will always be cheaper than o2 as they don't have any mobile network infrastructure to run, as they sit on o2's network.

So in effect you are still giving o2 money, just via Sky :slight_smile:
