Pixel 9 pro fold dispatch email

The pixel 9 pro fold officially releases today and I'm yet to receive a dispatch email. Is anyone else in the same boat? This is my first time preordering a phone from O2 so I'm not sure if it's normal not to have received an email by now.

Just order new one with the same deal and tell them to cancel your last order when it goes out of processing status and they will

put a thing on the system.

From my last message it is true I have had my tracking number less than an hour after I ordered saying it is coming tomorrow

My order is stuck in the processing stage as well, how can I cancel the order, is there a specific number than i can call.

I just called on 202, told them I'd had enough of being messed about and not given any info.

Processed the cancellation.

 

Asked him to put in an order for a phone, then told him what I wanted and he processed it there and then.

 

Out for delivery, due in about 30mins.

 

I'll update shortly

Funny as I've been constantly told by CS it's not possible, 

And that new orders are not being prioritised.

 

Sorry to those of you still waiting, I will be raising a complaint with them on the matter.

Call them up and ask to re order a new one and to cancel your old one when it’s been processed. Easy and if they say you can’t call them

again and ask eventually you’ll find somebody that will be able to do it. It’s what I did and mines coming tomorrow

Yeah I've been badgering them hoping that they think I'm that annoying they just send it. Obviously that approach doesn't work! I will try and cancel to re order. Has anyone who hasn't cancelled received theirs yet?
