has anyone else had problems with 02 saying you owe money that you don’t. They had misallocated the funds when I updated my phone. It’s a nightmare as I’ve had to pay twice for something I don’t owe. Trying to get them to rectify it had resulted in my service being restricted and being referred to credit agency! I’m beyond myself
