I am almost 2 years into my contract. Surely I would have paid off my phone by now but I cannot find out. The customer chat line are always busy. If I’ve paid off my phone surely my bills would become cheaper but they have stayed the same since the start of my contract. Well I say stayed the same. They have actually increased from £60 to £78 a month because of inflation. I cannot wait to leave my contract in March.
