POOR SIGNAL/ CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS??

Been having problems last few months with making and taking calls/texts network signal was on one bar but now last few days are unable to get anything and its comes up not registered on network? HELP????

Try cleaning your SIM card.

Also check your service status.

You could ring O2 just to check your account is ok.

O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract >4445 for PAYG>8002 for Business.

Switch your phone off, take the back off and slide the simcard out. Clean the contacts with a soft cloth or the eraser on a pencil. Replace taking care to put it back correctly. Reboot the phone.

OH YEA THANKS IV ALREADY DONE THIS, AND I KNOW AT LEAST ANOTHER 3 PEOPLE IN THE SAME AREA WHO ARE HAVING SAME PROBLEM! THIS IS A JOKE 02 IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING AND IM UNABLE TO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESSOVLE OR CANCEL CONTRACT AS IM CANT MAKE CALLS, WILL NOT BE STAYING WITH 02 TOTAL CRAP!!!

If a few of you in the same area are having issues then challenge the mast reading with the network.
