I recently topped up a few days ago for the texts and mins worked fine, and ever since yesterday i can no longer text or make calls have i been robbed?

You have to call 4445 and get CS to look at it for you.

Have you got a signal?
Have you tried rebooting the phone or removing or replacing the sim card....

Yeah I have signal I can receive calls and texts i just can't send them, and iv tried all that but doesn't seem to change anything
I checked my anniversary date and says n/a I'm confused!

To find out your anniversary dates you can send an SMS with the word BALANCE to 20202, or call 4444 free and select option 2 and 2 again.

You will be told your remaining tariff free allowance and/or Bolt On balance (depending on what you have on your account) and the date when these will expire – your anniversary date.

It's quite a while since anyone at O2 was locked up for theft! Smiley Indifferent

I have text it and they replied
You either don't have a Bolt On or you have a Bolt On that we cannot provide a balance for such as O2 Friends. Thank you for using this service.
I have proof in text i receive my texts and minutes on 4th oct
O2: You're now on Pay & Go Go Go. You've got 500 texts, 75 minutes and 250MB of web until 04 Nov. We've taken £10 off your balance.
