PLEASE HELP. major probs. data theft!!!

Hey all.
i know im new here but ive been an o2 customer for forever. when my boss took out his contract 5 years ago the issues started. at first he had a nokia n95 and then now he is obssessed with rubbish iphones and is working his way thru the range. we only found out recently that it started when he got the contract and i was fuming.
Let me explain... he has over the last 5yrs continually 'stolen' all my contacts, videos, photos, text messages, multimedia messages, music oh and back up data. it came to light it was going on when he got the iphone and things took a huge turn for the worst. when that heap was introduced other people entered the equation and things got even worse. oh yeah my partner of 12yrs has also had his data taked from onset too.
when boss got iphone his rubbish phone has managed to cause two old models of nokia to lock up totally when tried using with vodafone sims. now one is totally dead the othef a yr down the line still just vibrates on super speed when battery put in.
it has allowed him to send messages to my contacts without leaving a trace. it has caused a nokia n8 to reset over and over. it stole rude turkish messages off the guy next door and sent them to contacts in my works phone. thats also now resetting (samsung galaxy mini on tesco). it hss sent nr every photo frm my phone to my mums number from his. my boss is pivotal to it all. we tried him with a cheap pay ang go phone. still the same issue. sends messages to people we know at random off my work and personal mobiles. this phone reset within seconds of him getting hold of it.
I cant take my phone into work due to this. My samsung galaxy s2 which i love has spent most of its life in my glove box!!!

To try and cure this i got him a cheapy payg on tmobile orange..... still it happens. he had that one in his hands for a day before it started again with random dialing to my mums number that had never been in it.

his iphone had also plastered stuff all over facebook including my partners log in details and our texts through our accounts and my mums. he was able to read a private chat convo on fb i had with someone using my pc and he got it as texts.
hes had skype convos and videos too. i have no privacy at all.
He is central to it all. When he has no phone theres no issue. my partner carried a crappy tmobile payg in his pocket for over a wk. we gave it to my boss as his rubbish one had an accident in a bid for him to get his ipoop back which is locked up.
He had this one for 2hrs then it started again. locking up and randomly texting people my texts.
Myself and my partner have both had our phones changed. i have had 5 phones and 9 simd. my number has been disconnected and reconnected. my partners been through it too.
we have tried throwaway phones on other networks all to the same result. My partner works away frm home alot and struggles to contact me during the day as my phones in the car. And any texts my boss gets anyway.

Can anyone help please?? the stress is making me seriously ill. please please please.

basically no matter what phone or network my boss is on he ends up with all mine, my partners and other peoples data on his phone that arrive as a text or multimedia message and it is stuff thats never been sent. theres no trace through phone bills or the network of this data either. it is not through bluetooth or any other network such as wifi either.

i have tried to put it as best i can with as much detail as i can. no my boss seems to have no physical control over it happening but no matter what phone he has it steals peoples data. it then manages to send this data to both his own and say mine or your contacts as though it is from you but with you having no involvement. it happens with rubbish phones on o2 and tmobile. the more complicated the phone the worse it appears to be. with his iphone its even worse. this is when we found out it was happening although it had been going on 18months before this which my boss failed to share with us.
hes had data off customers phones who have been to the shop here and all sorts. i just really want it to stop but dont know where to turn. its a total mess and a major nightmare

he isnt doing it intentionally. the data is being used but once again not by his doing. i have seen it happen when he has not touched the phone.
we have tried the police and they are just as confused and say there isnt much they can do really. they said the same thing as everyone else in any position of authority basically that this cant happen. but it is doing.
his icrap has also taken data off one of the computers in my office here and so i have banned him bringing it in here. it also causes my pc here to reset from time to time when its been near it for a prolonged period.

Could this be due to one or more of your computers having malware on that is mining all your information?

That could be it or even some malevolent Rootkit stealing information as it passes through any program that uses IMAP or POP3 settings. Either way, it would be worthwhile employing a data security expert to diagnose the problem.
Indubitably true. Samsung S21 Ultra and Xiaomi 14 Ultra

Hi misstrouble,

Sounds really distressing, hope your problem has been fixed or is sorted soon.

Would you be able to fill us in when you're updated on the issue? I've never heard anything like that before! Goes to show...

I don't have all the answers I'm afraid, but I can give you some advice.

I would actually go to a newspaper or magazine and tell them your story, I think they would be very interested with your strange story and that would also lead to fixing the situation and extra money in your pocket. I don't think o2 or any network would sort this out for you...

About the info: It sounds like you cannot fix the situation, doing so will just cause even more stress, just going round in circles constantly... Don't think changing your sim or phone will work, as you have gathered by doing so, so I suggest you give up on that. As soon as I read the post, the first thing I thought was IPhone and the fine line of privacy, if you know what I mean, which funnily reminded me of Facebook, then which reminded me of the first time you log into facebook on your phone and it gives you an option to SYNIC your contacts... I have a feeling that there's something he did by accident has caused this situation and you'll need to seek professional advice/help, because the problem won't go away and this error shows how damaging technology is.
