Order online , money gone , no one can see an order at O2

I out through three orders , as Internet was playing up saying error , checked bank straight away and money has gone out my bank ,rang O2 and they say I haven't placed any orders !!!!
Well I no I have ,and money has gone ,
Don't no what to do now ,
They saying all I can do is wait 5 days ,and hope money goes back into my account
Well I don't no why they saying that as apparently no order was placed so why would they have my money ,please help ,

They don't have your money. It will be "reserved" but as you haven't placed an order yet the reservation will expire and the money will be available as funds in your account in a few days.

Is the OP saying they placed THREE orders?..(or do they mean they attempted to order three times?)

Hi I placed three orders , page kept cutting out as payment part was taking place ,
So I went bank and money was gone ,
Rang O2 and they say there's no orders at all been placed but money as gone ,
Don't no if it cause it Sunday iv had no emails or owt 😞

Hi, I have had the same thing today, and yet the money is reserved, but no order...!!!!!

 

Sort this out O2, it s adisgrace....

 

All i got was the cat picture, with Ooppss....! Our error.

 

Now i cannot re-apply, as my credit file shows 2 searches by O2...!!!

 

Disgusting O2, please sort it out.

My money is pending, but due to your error, i need to wait 72 hours to get my money back...!!
