Order online , money gone , no one can see an order at O2

I out through three orders , as Internet was playing up saying error , checked bank straight away and money has gone out my bank ,rang O2 and they say I haven't placed any orders !!!!
Well I no I have ,and money has gone ,
Don't no what to do now ,
They saying all I can do is wait 5 days ,and hope money goes back into my account
Well I don't no why they saying that as apparently no order was placed so why would they have my money ,please help ,

You will need to call CS,  but from experience they are unable to over ride the system so you'll likely have to wait a week before you can re-apply.

Advice as always is to go in store to upgrade.
