Solved: Old phone

My s4 is being repaired and I want to use an old old Nokia and sim, how do I do it. I'm on O2 monthly. Sim swap doesn't work cos it sends a text, I don't have a way of receiving it yet tho!

Hi and welcome to the community forum,

You should still have your sim card as this is not required to be sent off with the phone for repair.

Pop into an 02 shop and pick up a blank correct sized SIM card for your Nokia.

They can do the sim swap in store for you if you ask nicely !

Take into account a sim swap can take from a few hours to 24 hours for all the services to come online.

I have the phone, the old sim but don't have access to the shop. Can I not do it myself. On orange, I did it for my wife online.
