I just bought an unlimited data sim monthly plan, they set it up wrong after the guy made three mistakes reading his script, I think fair enough mistakes happen. I phone they say they’ll migrate it, I think ok sweet, they tell me 24-48 hours which means whenever really. At this point I’m bothered but I phone after 30 hours any updates a female makes a mistake on the phone and I pick her up on it and she denies saying that then puts me on hold for ten minutes and speaks and says to me we said 24-48 hours ok fair enough now that takes us today I try log on at 11 am and it says oops something went wrong try again in a few minutes. I do that till it’s now 6pm and still can’t log onto my account with no updates and no way to phone anybody about my account or get in touch and best of all the chat bot is fricking useless and one of the worst systems I’ve ever attempted to use in order to see what’s up and why after 7 hours I can’t get updates or on my account. Thanks O2 you are officially worse then Vodafone who cheated me out of a couple hundred pounds from my pay as you go contract and I am beyond livid and all I want is my fudging unlimited data as the place I live is without WiFi for the past three weeks

Just so you know unlimited is limited to 650GB a month as per the FUP

But this pain on number migrations is not unusual, and it may be best contacting o2 via Facebook or Instagram Guide: How to find help & contact O2  @Boboinator
