O2.

I am absolutely disgusted by what I have heard today! My iPhone 6 has a fault which I was told, for me to have only had the phone 8 days to be told I can't get it replaced or anything! Well if that's the case I hope you enjoy losing customers! I am cancelling my contract and moving to a different provider

As O2 are one of Apple's main vendors of iPhones I seriously doubt that anyone from Apple would advise a customer to leave. The OP has been vague and hasn't actually explained what the problem with the phone is, or why O2 purportedly said they won't fix it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Most strange but I expect it's an out of warranty and no insurance issue.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Obviously the OP has been misinformed, there is no reason why O2 wouldn't sort this out.

Call them again and you should get someone who knows the correct procedure.

That's probably a good guess @MI5, but unless the OP comes back and clarifies what their grievance is, that's pretty much all we'd be doing.

Any time I've had an issue within the 14 day period, O2 have replaced it swiftly with no quarrel.
The z2 headphone jack came loose, replaced next day door swap.
The edge screen was misshapen, instant swap in store.
Very odd

Dropping down the loo would invalidate the warranty after 8 mins wink
