O2 voicemail access from Vietnam SIM

Hello

Currently in Vietnam using a Vietnam Vinaphone SIM and WiFi where I can.

I still have my O2 SIM.

Can I access my O2 voicemail? At least to record a message to say I’m not taking VM?

I can seems to manage this using either SIM and/or voicemail.

Have a look at this guide here Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901   , but the Vietnamese SIM will charge you for an international call..  

You need to have setup a PIN first to be able to do anything...

i believe I set up a pin some years past.

I've tried all the numbers on the guide and they don’t work (Vietnamese message I can’t understand).

can I have someone in the Uk call my voicemail and use my pin to record a new voicemail message?

or any other suggestions?

You need the pin if you are going to call your voicemail from any other phone than the handset, that applies to the UK as well.
