@Kuribo O2 Repairs has had a bad reputation, but supposedly they have been getting better. I guess you'll find out first hand. Good to have photo documentation as backup. There is usually no problem with returns as long as the phone has no cosmetic damage. You did the right thing however by taking photos of the phone.
