I had a quote for my iPhone of £135
I agreed and they sent me their package system to send the phone in
I then got an email telling me the screen and they would only give me £25 for the iPhone 6s as it was damaged I emailed
them telling them it was fine when I packed it and if it was broken
It was either their package system or the postal service
I have been with your company ever since I have had a mobile phone and have had a few problems but we have always sorted them out I’m really not happy the way o2recycle have responded I can guarantee that the phone was in excellent condition when it left my house I have my home phone / internet service & both mobile phones and my company’s phones I will be leaving your service ASAP because the response from o2recycle was that my custom was obviously not appreciated after it must be at least 30 years
Regards ivor

Check in your MyO2 under device details and it should have the imei number in there too.

Thanks so much for all your input very much appreciated it’s not the money that annoys me with these people it’s just impossible to resolve these issues because you are unable to speak to someone on the other end of a phone
Thanks again

If you have checked your IMEI and it's different to the phone they returned @Anonymous then you must put in a complaint as mentioned above.

I won't be using them agaim. I got a quote of £130 for my Nexus 6P so sent it in. Got an email a few days later saying it had screen burn and they can only offer £25. I know there was no screen burn and what they may be seeing is the transition effect in Android on the notification bar. Called them and they upped their offer to £60, that led me to believe it might be a bit of a scam.

Eventually they returned the phone to me and I took it to CEX in my town, left it with them for a couple of hours for testing. When I returnd they offered my £158 in cash or £190 in store credit. Took the cash and left a happy man.

I'm not altogether sure what the couriers do to the phones before they drop them off (must be quite literally) at O2 Recycle. So many cracked screens and dead pixels that I think they are targeting them.
Oh dear O2 Recycle I think it's time to change your delivery people!! 😉
