When i purchased new Samsung flip 6, I was told I would get a voucher to but galaxy earbuds for £20. 3 weeks later the SMS arrived with the code- it didn't work. Phoned 02 and they cut me off. Phoned again next day and after a long conversation explaining the issue was told I would receive an SMS with new code. Still haven't received it - very poor O2 😔

You really have to persevere with O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)
