Frustrating experience with O2 customer services

I just had the most frustrating experience with O2 customer service. I called in to get some help with my account, but the background noise on their end was ridiculous. It seriously sounded like the agents were having a party—there was shouting, screaming, and loud laughter, making it nearly impossible to hear the advisor I was speaking with.

 

To make things worse, the agent didn't seem to care at all. He wasn't helpful and didn't even try to address the noise or my issue.

 

I've never had problems with O2 before, but this was beyond unprofessional. Has anyone else experienced this kind of chaos when calling them?
