@Rob8958 The first mistake you made was taking insurance through O2. Many home insurance policies cover phones these days, or Apple have their own insurance for iPhones, which is probably much better. You only have to do a search of the forum to see the problems people have had with O2 Insurance. Too late for you this year now.:smileysad:
