Not sure if this is a new or old thread but is anyone else's network down?? I haven't had reception in nearly an hour now!! So frustrating!!

is the o2 service down in the south west as i cannot recieve/send messages or accept fone calls as i need my fone for personal and work issue extremely not happy with this as it was couple months ago the network went down try and sort it out or have th courtesy to contact ur customers to let them no whats happening

I am working in Bishop Stortford in Hertfordshire and have not had any reception for over an hour. I have tried to re-boot and removed sim and cleaned. I have also tried to use internet but no wifi either. This is the second time in a month and furthermore calls have been dropping for weeks now 😞

I am definitely going to swap carriers- especially as they failed to deliver my iPhone 5 on time and I cancelled it !

I always used to go on about how great O2 where, but this is getting ridiculous - I have to say I will be looking elsewhere when my contract finally runs out

I have also got no signal in my flat where I always have signal! I only recently renewed my contract but am starting to wonder if buying out of it will be worth it so I don't have to deal with this kind of nonsense anymore!

This is absolutely ridiculous!
