yeah i havent had any signal in about an hour either an im in cardiff, definatly something going on, the support part of the website isnt working either (or may just be me) as soon as its up i will be complaining majorly, ive only been with o2 for a few months, already regretting it, £10 off my bill just wont cut it!!!!

Network Down at Streatham and Norburysmileymad:(((. This keep happening all the time now . :((. I have been With O2 for about 5years . i think it's time to change now

No O2 problems for me in MK, been making and receiving texts and calls all day. Trusty Nokia 6300.

O don't worry - things always go wrong in my world but I am usually in the position to quickly take my business elsewhere - unfortunaltely I am tied up to this poor supplier until April next year!

o2 down in gloucester said it would be fixed by now, can not call,send texts or get internet, 2nd time this year really poor service and not much info

neither my son nor I can send or receive texts or send and make calls in the Canterbury area yet the status updater says there are no problems. Emails appear to be coming through though and my phone is showing it has a signal. What have you done O2 with the update to cause this? Lynne
