Unable to make/send/receive calls & texts. Similar queries being submitted on Twitter.....please tell me its not happening again 😞

I'm in London and i lost service about 6.15pm yesterday and more than 24hrs later I still have no service. This is the third time this has happened, what is up with 02!!!

It's been down in the Bath area for the last two hours although like last time its only effecting certain numbers. Also its almost the same calender date as before. 02 you have some serious issues and I for one will be jumping ship.

nothing since 12pm...I can't believe that they have akllowed to do this after the whole fiasco from August and the ridiculous compensation. I am going back to vodafone!! At least they don't go down....not since I can remember. Not sure if cheaper is best. My Partner and I will both be moving when our renewal is up!!!

What the hell is wrong with O2. Seriously, another network outage. I can't call, text, go online. I even tried to disable 3G and use 2g. Still isn't working!!!!!! I'm a very unhappy customer right now.

I am sorry O2 but I have had enough, this is tge third time this year I have been left without a service.  I have to say that the ability for the manager of the Peterborough store to "think outside the box" just beggers belief.  My suggestion that he puts a sign up in the window to stop people wasting even more time to find out why they can't get a signal was met with a polite but firm no.  Apparently they are only allowed to put up official posters in the window.  There was another 20 minutes wasted.  I would not be allowed to get away with this in my job.
