I topped my autistic daughters phone on the 10th Jan with £30 for the big bundle. We received a text to say it was done. Somehow something happened and it changed to a £20 bundle after I bought the £30 one. She's had no calls, data or texts as its saying she needs to top up. I called customer service who were absolutely disgusting with me and told me they didn't care my daughter is autistic and I'd have to top up again even though i paid for the £30 bundle and she's not used it!!
I will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman over this theft and the diabolical "customer service" I will also be going back to Vodafone on all our mobile phones!
