Why has O2 got THE WORST customer service of any company. Can anyone get onto the chat to have a question answered or can anyone get through on the phone. Is there anyone left working at O2? Truely awful

You have us if it's not specifically account related, but yes, we know contacting CS is pretty much impossible at the mo........

Thanks, have done that. I think more people should, not that it will do any good probably!!

We certainly advise more people to complain about poor service @Anonymous. As you say the more that follow that route, hopefully it will improve...
