Hello, I like IVR systems and I want to know if anyone knows The provider O2 use for their customer service number, I specifically like the two rising tones when someone connects and how advanced the system is, does anyone know what the name of the system is? Thanks in advance

We are all customers here so would not be too sure. However, Capita handle much of O2's call centre systems so it is liable to be them.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

From past experience the IVR depending on the contract, VMo2 will provide the IVR they want to the vendor and they then implement it, in this case Teleperformance, Crapita or in house., Alternatively they just tell them what they want and then the supplier provides the IVR..

As VMo2 use multiple vendors I think it will be option 1...

Telefonica have a reputuation of creating IVR's and Virtual Agents etc..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
