O2 Community Mobile version Discussion - Page 3

Hi guys,

We all use the mobile version of the community from time-time ( some of us all of the time) and we know that it could perhaps be better or easier to navigate in a number of ways. A close analysis of how we can improve things is planned for the near future and I'd love to hear from you all.

- What features do you love and hate?

- Are any design aspects inhibiting?

- What things would you like to see that you have observed elsewhere?

- What else do we need to know that's important?

This is your chance to let us know about the issues, wishes and suggestions you have, as we'll be using them to help us create an even better place for everyone to be

The "Add Comment" button is unnecessary, because you can just type directly into the text entry box. So I'd suggest replacing it with a "Report Content" button.

Well I've learned something today. If you switch to the full view, then the "reply" button does have a function, and pressing it does also bring up a further option to quote.

Yes....this is why I feel it should be set as default. The full version although a little cramped, does give you all the fuctions you get on your PC

It is default on tablets above 7" I believe but not on any phones.

Well, as I alluded to earlier in this thread, it's already better than other Lithium based fora that I've used previously, so I think there's a lot of potential to make this a really good product.

We have been asking for a standalone app for maybe a year now. Yes you can enter via the my O2 app but you then have to sign in again....why.

I can confirm this is correct^^^^^^...on both my tablets. Oh I forgot...one of said Tablets now belongs to my other half...but still.....it is default on there as well. (I have just checked... as he is out at work :smileytongue:)

Though I suppose I have provided confirmation full view is set as default on a 10" and 12.2" tablet

That sounds more like a glitch, that should be an easy fix
