Hi guys,

We all use the mobile version of the community from time-time ( some of us all of the time) and we know that it could perhaps be better or easier to navigate in a number of ways. A close analysis of how we can improve things is planned for the near future and I'd love to hear from you all.

- What features do you love and hate?

- Are any design aspects inhibiting?

- What things would you like to see that you have observed elsewhere?

- What else do we need to know that's important?

This is your chance to let us know about the issues, wishes and suggestions you have, as we'll be using them to help us create an even better place for everyone to be slight_smile

Sound off!

N.B: We had a few issues recently with the community and mobile view, but try to think outside of this issue please wink

Is that the same as full view? My edit function is only available in full view but then are so many other things...such as emoticons etc... Hence i click to that immediately I use mobile..

Yeah, full view, but it looks crap on a mobile as everything is all scrunched up and a mess.

Standalone app makes perfect sense to me....an app for o2 trains (I drive) an app for store and share (why?) ....an app where people see it in iTunes store or Google Play would surely lead to more members....but hey, when has logic ever played a part?

Yes, it's a bit of a compromise really. Depending on your device, viewing the full desktop version on a relatively small screen can require a lot of zooming in, to be able to read the content clearly, and it is always a cumbersome process trying to make an edit. But with regard to the scrunched up detail, I find that viewing it in landscape mode displays it as you'd expect it to. Mind you, I don't use the App, so I don't know if it's possible to change the view in that way.

Edit: just noticed that you can't zoom in, I must be confusing it with giffgaff  Smiley Frustrated

Hi all,

Great suggestions and observations so far, do keep them coming.
The app idea is one that I personally love and while we are indeed looking into options, please assume that we only refer to a mobile browser version here for now.

Would we really need a dedicated community App, when it's already integrated into the "My O2" App?

BTW I'm another advocate of the need for a quote button. Smiley Indifferent
